Jodie Sweetin Finalizes Divorce from Morty Coyle

Jodie Sweetin finalized her divorce from Morty Coyle on Tuesday, PEOPLE can confirm.

The Fuller House star – who wed Coyle in March 2012 and filed for legal separation shortly after their first year of marriage – and her ex-husband will share joint legal and physical custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Beatrix, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The docs also state that the former couple "shall arrange for age-appropriate child-proofing of their respective homes" and that Beatrix "shall only be driven by a sober driver." Sweetin, 34, and Coyle will have the ability to request the other to submit to a hair follicle drug test with 12 hours notice.

In addition, Sweetin, who according to the docs is currently making $4,000 per month, will be required to pay $10,000 to her ex-husband by January 31, 2017.

The former couple will also split all of the income made while they were married. According to TMZ, this includes the money Sweetin earned while on Fuller House.

In June 2013, the actress filed for legal separation from Coyle citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles at the time.

This is Sweetin's third divorce. She was previously married to Cody Herpin – who she shares 8-year-old daughter Zoie with – and Shaun Holguin.

Earlier this year, Sweetin got engaged to boyfriend Justin Hodak.
