Legendary actress Jodie Foster appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” Thursday. She was there to promote her film “The Mauritanian,” but she also discussed Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. During his recent NFL MVP acceptance speech, Rodgers thanked Foster as a member of his ‘team off the field.”

“He just knows I'm his biggest fan,” said Foster. “He said, ‘my team.’ Even though he said, ‘off the field.’ That makes me a Green Bay Packer. People keep saying to me, ‘No Jodie, that does not mean you're part of the team.’ But it does mean I’m part of the team!”

Foster, who is nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance in “The Mauritanian,” also implied that Rodgers may want to dust off his tux because his name might be making a surprise appearance at the upcoming award show. When asked if she would give Rodgers a shoutout during a potential acceptance speech, she said, “Absolutely!”
