Jimmy Kimmel Loses Bet, Is Shot With Paintballs
Before the World Series, Jimmy Kimmel, a devout Mets fan, made a bet with Modern Family’s Eric Stonestreet, a die-hard Royals fan. To choose the wager, they spun a wheel of punishment to determine what the loser would have to endure. Wednesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live showed Jimmy making good on his bet by allowing Eric to shoot him with paintballs in a bounce-house for 30 seconds. Eric brought along several members of the World Series champion Kansas City Royals to help out. With Guillermo counting down and also shooting, they all unloaded a barrage of paintballs at Jimmy. It looked like he tried to dodge the shots but eventually resigned himself to lying down and accepting the brutal pain being inflicted upon him. After the 30 seconds were up, Jimmy climbed out of the bounce-house and said, “I’m going to tell you something. That was unbelievably painful.”
