Jimmie Allen might have embraced the spirit of Thanksgiving early this year after selling his Brentwood, Tennessee, home for $1.75 million.

TMZ first reported on Friday, Nov. 3, that the Delaware country star sold his house, which hit the market in May after he was accused of sexual assault by his former manager.

The house has five bedrooms and five baths and originally was put on the market for $3 million before dropping to $2.5 million a week later, TMZ reported.

Benchmark Reality removed Allen's house listing from their site and a message reads, "This could be because the property has left market and entered a Sold or Pending state."

Once Allen's former manager filed a lawsuit against him for assault, a second woman, identified as Jane Doe 2, filed a lawsuit in June that claimed she was also assaulted by the singer.

No charges have been filed against the artist.

The Grammy-nominated artist countersued both women in July. The singer's record label dropped him shortly after the second accuser went public.

Allen has Christmas charity concerts in Delaware

Before he returns to perform in Delaware, Allen has a few charity events on the horizon. He's playing the inaugural "Salute to American Heroes" event at OCC Road House Museum in Clearwater, Florida, on Saturday, Nov. 4.

The "Down Home" singer also will raise funds for the fourth annual Special Forces Charitable Trust’s Celebrity | Green Beret Tactical Challenge at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, on Wednesday, Dec. 13, and Thursday, Dec. 14.

Allen is also performing two charity Christmas concerts at Dewey Beach. The first show is already sold out, and the second probably isn't far behind.

That second show is at the Bottle & Cork on Saturday, Dec. 16. Both shows will benefit Sussex Consortium.

Bottle & Cork (1807 Highway One, Dewey Beach) at 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16. Tickets are $60 (plus $8.25 booking fee). Visit facebook.com/bottleandcork or bottleandcork.com or (302) 227-7272.
