Australian band Jet has exciting news for fans as they’re extending their Get Born anniversary tour to celebrate 20 years of their debut album ‘Get Born’. This time, they’re hitting more towns and cities across Australia.

After a successful anniversary tour last September, Jet is back with more dates. They’ll be visiting places like Torquay, Hobart, Fremantle, Darwin, and more. Fans can expect to hear all their favorite tracks from Get Born, including hits like “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” and “Look What You’ve Done.”

Nic Cester, the Jet’s vocalist and guitarist, shared his excitement about the tour, calling Get Born a “rare and unique moment.” Mark Wilson also said in a press release statement, “I don’t remember much about the actual day Get Born was released,” He added. “I think we were in Pittsburgh. I’m sure we celebrated, but to be honest, we celebrated every night back in those days. 2003 was one big blurry haze for me.”

Get Born was a huge success, winning six ARIA Awards and going 9x platinum in Australia. It’s one of the best-selling Australian rock albums ever.

Jet, consisting of Nic Cester, Chris Cester, Cam Muncey, and Mark Wilson, formed in Melbourne in the late ’90s. Since their debut EP, Dirty Sweet, in 2002, they’ve released several albums, including Shine On and Shaka Rock. After disbanding in 2012, they got back together in 2017.

Tickets for the tour will be available at 11 am local time on Friday, March 8.
