Jessika Carr made history at WWE Backlash France.
At WWE Backlash France, Jessika Carr refereed the main event match, where Cody Rhodes defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles. In doing so, she became the first female official to ever referee a WWE Championship main event match at a WWE premium live event.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H took to Twitter to comment on the news. He wrote that Jessika Carr had been smashing through glass ceilings since she joined WWE.
