Jessie James Decker is feeling "excited" and "blessed as she embraces a busy chapter in her life.

Not only is the country singer, 35, currently expecting her fourth child but she's also got a number of new projects that are cementing this time as one of her most exciting eras.

Speaking with PEOPLE about her new cookbook Just Eat — available today alongside her new cookware line Just Feed Me, exclusively at Walmart.com — says she's been "working so hard" on this moment.

"I love cooking. It's one of my favorite things to do. I feel like this one is such an extension of me. I have honed in even more on what people loved and wanted. I pay attention to my fans and everyone on socials. I really saw what people cooked the most, what they didn't, and I feel like I really honed on that," she tells PEOPLE.

This comes amid a busy season for Decker, who is working on new music and also embracing pregnancy and family life.

"Pregnancy, for me, is easy, but I would say this has been the easiest of all of them," she reveals. "I can't complain."

"I always laugh and say like Vivi tried to kill me in the beginning. It was the roughest pregnancy I've ever experienced in my life. My middle child [Eric "Bubby" Thomas II, 8] was fairly easy. Forrest was also pretty rough on me, which is really funny because I would say Vivianne and Forrest are probably the most alike. But this one's been fairly easy."

Jessie and husband Eric Decker — who celebrated 10 years of marriage in June — are enjoying seeing all three kids "pretty equally excited" to welcome a new sibling.

"All for different reasons," she notes. "I think Vivi is excited just because she's the oldest and she really knows and understands what's going on. She will be 10 in March, right after the baby is born. So she's completely aware and she's taking it even more seriously. She's got a very big role."

The news of baby No. 4 "shocked" and surprised both the family and their loved ones.

"Eric didn't believe me at first. He thought that I was playing a joke on him," she laughs. "He thought that I had my sister, who was pregnant at the time, pee on a stick," she laughs. "It was hilarious. Once everyone realized, 'This is not a joke,' everyone was super excited. And we still are."

"Every single day feels like Christmas. We just can't believe this is happening," the expectant mom raves. "We're such a tight little wolf pack. It's so exciting to bring another baby into our family."

Jessie admits that while the couple has learned the sex of baby no. 4 and has even decided on a name, they aren't sure if or when they'll share those details. Instead, they're enjoying private moments like planning a nursery and preparing for life as a family of six.

"We chose the name as soon as we knew the gender. We're always kind of prepared. I knew all my babies' names before they were born. It just comes to me instantly and we all are obsessed with the name," she shares. "And we do have a nursery idea. We haven't gotten started yet, but we know what we're going to do. We know the plan, so things are rolling in motion."

The family is also embracing every moment of fall and getting ready for the upcoming holiday season.

"We get so excited. We decorate. I'm very, very festive and I love to decorate for the holidays. I decorated everything for Halloween the second week of September, I couldn't take it. So everything is decorated and we really get into the cozy foods," she shares. "The kids get really excited because I do a lot of pot roast and chilis and cinnamon pumpkin-y things. We just love it, it's just cozy season, and we are such a cozy family, so we get very, very into it. Eric's been burning a fire every night and doing s'mores. It's been a lot of fun already."

Jessie is learning to appreciate the moment, which right now consists of enjoying releasing her cookbook and cookware line into the world.

"This one's really special. I really feel like I did whatever I wanted to," she says of the cookbook. "I wanted a holiday chapter, I did one. Same with a chapter on Greece, on Italy. I wanted a chapter on kids and what they like to eat, and a cocktail chapter too. I really just went crazy and did exactly what I felt like a girlfriend of mine would want suggested and I put it all together in one book. I'm just so proud of it. "

Of her cookware line, she adds, "I am so excited. I've been doing a lot of little teasers. If you looked at my socials, there's like a lot of pretty pink terracotta. I've got mixing bowls and then I've got cheese boards. I've got wine glasses and coffee mugs, I've just got everything and I'm really excited. It really fits my personality and then there's also the kitnish side, which is a lot of the really fun, crazy girly cookware things, as well. I cannot wait for everyone to see this, I've been keeping this a secret forever."

With everything going on, Jessie tries to check in with herself and prepares to be overwhelmed at times.

"I think that there are times where it does get overwhelming, and I take a beat, I take a breath, I take a moment. Don't be afraid to ask for help," she shares. "I think that is really important. I think that sometimes people are too afraid or they don't want to seem weak or whatever in the moment, but we're a community and especially as parents, we all need to like not be afraid to reach out to each other."

After this action-packed month, Jessie's looking forward to slowing down and getting cozy with the family as they await their new arrival.

"I'm really looking forward to the holidays. I'm looking forward to being there with my family. It's going to be a busy next couple of weeks, but after this, I'm going to be taking some time to chill, just relax and spend time with my family. I'm excited to be focused on all the kids and all their school projects. With everything they've got coming up, it's a full-time job, looking after all the stuff they've got going on. I'm looking forward to just taking it easy and enjoying this last pregnancy."
