Post-Break Up

Channing Tatum and Jessie J recently announced that they had broken up last month, with sources claiming that they couldn't make the relationship work due to priorities and distance.

"Channing and Jessie have different priorities and focuses that don’t really align. They had a fun relationship, but it just didn’t work out. Channing needs to be in L.A. a lot so he can spend time with Everly. Jessie prefers England. They are still friendly though."

Apparently, the break up "came at a good time" and the couple "made the most of it."

"He [Channing Tatum] has a lot on his plate right now and wants to be the best dad possible which means he needs to be around when he isn't traveling for his own work."

An Emotional New Post

Since the split, Tatum was seen on the celebrity dating app Raya, and is apparently enjoying the single life. A source told E!News:

"He's been on Raya for a few weeks. He would love to be dating someone and is not shy about it. He wants to have fun again and he doesn't care if he meets someone online, a set up or just walking down the street. A friend suggested Raya and he felt like he had nothing to lose by joining."

Jessie J is appears to be having a harder time with the break up, posting a cryptic "Delayed emotions are…. well…. Not so fun" to her Instagram stories over the weekend.

Jessie J Is Keeping It Real

She also posted a vulnerable and powerful speech on Instagram, encouraging her followers to grow whenever they can and to take care of themselves. While she doesn't mention the break up, one can't help but think that the two are linked.

Time. Time is the gift. Time is the fear. Time is the magic. Time is the memories. Time is the change. Time is the pain. Time is the healing. Zoom out. Go somewhere where your world feels and looks small. Gain perspective. Lay in the sea. Walk to the top of a mountain. Drive to view point in a park. Look up at the stars.

This isn’t to make you feel like your problems or sadness or the feelings you feel are not valid but to know you are NEVER Alone. Billions of people around the world. Are just trying to smile and mean it. Are actively working out who they are. Are missing someone they have lost. Are feeling worthless. YOU ARE LOVED."

A Powerful Energy For The New Year

She continued, encouraging her followers to feel the hurts they've been dealt while also moving forward.

"Don’t let past or current trauma define who you are. You can walk away from it. Take the time to put those puzzle pieces in the right place. Tend to YOU. Be vulnerable. Be there for YOU. Be there for people around you and lift each other up. Break the cycle. Be open. Talk. Be there for yourself.

Walk away from parts of yourself and people or situations that trigger parts of you that are unhealthy. Be honest. Sending LOVE to anyone who feels alone. We need you around. You are stronger than you know, and are capable of finding your happy time again. Talk to someone who can give you professional advice. Honour your pain to be heard by the right ears. It’s your TIME, so take your TIME ❤️ 1-800-273-8255 - National Suicide Prevention Lifeline ✨"

What a great message from Jessie that we should all take with us into 2020.
