Jessica Stocker Shares a New Look at Her Career: “Best Feeling Ever”
Jessica Stocker just completed a major business project. After announcing in June that she and a partner had purchased a California property “to fix and flip,” the Winter House cast member showed off the stunning results on November 3.
“What a journey it has been but we managed to fix up this beautiful West Hollywood home in 11 weeks!” she captioned an Instagram post showing before-and-after photos. “We couldn’t have done it without our incredible contractor [Build Method Construction] and [Adam Strikowski] and our architects [Office for Collective Architecture] you guys were the absolute dream team! Now on to the next projects.”
On the Season 2 premiere of Winter House, Jessica shared that she works as a real estate agent and metaverse entrepreneur. More recently, she explained in an October interview with Curbed, she is “really just focused on real estate in the real world.”
“I wanted to be portrayed as the metaverse queen because of my app, and I still definitely want that to be a thing, but I’ve shifted to real real estate because there’s a lot more opportunity, since the market is also correcting, to buy a bunch of distressed properties,” she said in the interview. “We’ve been making a lot of money flipping them. So that’s where I’m spending a lot of my time right now.”
