Jessica Simpson's ski slopes photo prompts questions about a helmet
Photos Jessica Simpson shared from her family’s holiday trip to Aspen had people doing a double take.
In one of them, Simpson stood alongside her husband, Eric Johnson, as well as her sister, Ashlee Simpson Ross and her husband, Evan Ross. The group looked happy and stylish, as many commenters noted, but Simpson and Ross also appeared to be skiing without helmets.
Evan’s older sister, Black-ish actress Tracee Ellis Ross, was one of the people who spoke out: “@jessicasimpson pls tell me you hv on a helmet under the fluff?!!!”
She added, “sad I missed you! You guys look awesome!!!”
Another person asked, “Where are your helmets??” Someone else advised them to “be safe.”
“Gorgeous!” a Simpson fan wrote. “But please wear a helmet! Please!”
However, a Simpson source told Yahoo Entertainment that Simpson and Ross took their helmets off for the photo.
The singer and mogul is commanding attention, too, for the body transformation she’s showing off on the trip. Simpson said back in September that she had lost 100 pounds by working out and eating a healthy diet after the birth of baby girl Birdie, her third child with Johnson, in March. Their other two kids are daughter Maxi, 7, and son Ace, 6.
