Her television show may have ended in 2005, but Jessica Simpson isn't done telling her story.

The reality star announced on her 39th birthday Wednesday that she's writing a memoir that will cover everything from her marriage to Nick Lachey, to their wildly popular MTV series "Newlyweds," to the couple's eventual headline-grabbing divorce.

"I have been waiting for so long to share some exciting news," Simpson wrote on Instagram. "I will be releasing my first book on February 4th with @harpercollinsus."

She continued, "I have been working so hard on it - I have opened my heart up in a way I never have before and now I can’t wait to share it with the world."

Simpson was married to the "98 Degrees" alum from 2002 to 2006, and the two starred on the MTV reality show "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica" for three seasons.

Nothing will be off limits. According to the book's description, Simpson plans to "open up about her struggles" and will reveal "new parts of herself for the first time."

"Her new book will be a candid, inspiring, and behind-the-scenes look at how she chose to learn from each difficult moment, evolve musically, become a more fearless businesswoman, and consistently shatter all expectations of who she was 'supposed' to be."

In addition to her "Newlyweds" days, Simpson will also touch on her expanding $1 billion company, finding new love with former NFL player Eric Johnson and starting a family.

The couple, who tied the knot in July 2014, recently welcomed daughter Birdie Mae in March. They also share daughter Maxwell Drew, 7, and son Ace Knute, 6.

Simpson's memoir, still untitled, is set to hit shelves in February 2020. It's currently available for pre-order on Amazon and other retailers for $27.99.
