Jessica Simpson turns heads in tight leather miniskirt

Jessica Simpson knows how to make an entrance — and apparently an exit too. On Tuesday, the former pop star was pictured leaving the Bowery Hotel in New York City in a patriotic outfit that definitely turned heads.

The 37-year-old stepped out wearing a red leather miniskirt with ruffles down the side, the short hemline showing off her toned legs. She paired the piece with a navy blue blouse with red stripes.

While her figure-hugging ensemble was the centerpiece of the look, it was her accessories that really pulled it all together. The mother of two rocked cat-eye sunglasses covered in flowers and rhinestones from Dolce & Gabbana, which retail for $2,610. Simpson also carried a $595 python mouth-shaped clutch from Gelareh Mizrahi and wore navy blue suede heels.

It appears that Simpson was en route from her hotel to visit hairstylist Rita Hazan’s studio.

While at the salon, she shared her fresh new blond color through an Instagram boomerang where she can be seen shaking her hips and showing off her midriff.
