Jessica Biel shares birthday tribute to 'timeless' Justin Timberlake, 2 months after PDA scandal

Fans wondering if Jessica Biel would publicly acknowledge Justin Timberlake on his birthday have their answer. The Limetown star shared a short, but sweet post on Instagram Friday afternoon "to the most timeless man I know." It's the first time Biel has posted a photo of Timberlake since November's PDA scandal.

The 37-year-old actress shared four pictures, some never-before-seen, of the couple. In three of them, she and Timberlake are engaging in PDA of their own. The pair's marriage has become tabloid fodder after he was photographed holding hands with his Palmer co-star, Alisha Wainwright. Timberlake publicly apologized in December.

"I stay away from gossip as much as I can, but for my family I feel it is important to address recent rumors that are hurting the people I love," he wrote on Instagram. "A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgement — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better."

Timberlake, who turned 39 Friday, and Biel share 4-year-old son, Silas.

"This is not the example I want to set for my son," the singer added. "I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that. I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it."

In the aftermath of the scandal, Timberlake regularly posted flirty comments on Biel's Instagram. It took her awhile to reciprocate any social media gestures; however, she tagged her husband in a parenting post this week.

Biel and Timberlake, who have been married since 2012, were photographed holding hands in New York City earlier this month. It seems they are putting the incident behind them.

A source close to the actress told People that the pair will "work through this. It was good that he apologized publicly but obviously the real work he is doing is in private and hopefully this was just a bad drunken night of this type of behavior."
