Jessica Alba’s the Honest Company Voluntarily Recalls Baby Powder

Here’s three of the buzziest stories to get you caught up on all things celebrity.

  1. Jessica Alba’s Honest Company has issued a voluntary recall of their organic baby powder. The cautionary move comes after testing revealed “possible contamination with microorganisms,” which could cause skin or eye infections, according to a company statement. The Honest Company stated that no other products are affected by the recall. Alba founded the company in 2011, and it’s reportedly worth $1.7 billion.

  2. The Weeknd frequently brags about his sexual exploits in song, but even he thinks Donald Trump’s infamous Access Hollywood comment is going too far. The Canadian singer commented on the President-elect’s notorious “grabbing” remark, saying, “How do you even grab [that]? Like, is it even grabbable?” He went on to say, “I don’t know anybody that would do that.” Well, except for Donald Trump.

  3. Octavia Spencer is giving back. The Hidden Figures actress posted on Instagram that she bought out a screening of the movie for those less fortunate. She wrote, “If you know a family in need that would like to see our movie but can’t afford it, have them come.” Spencer said her charitable move is a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. Day and to single moms everywhere.
