Jessica Alba Talks Honest Beauty & Confidence
Jessica Alba has already found her way into our hearts, but now she’s snuck into our daily beauty routines, too. She knows that women want to feel confident in their products’ colors, ingredients, safety, and price tags, and she’s bringing it.
Like all of us, she’s had her fair share of beauty envy. "I think my brother was [the pretty one in my family]. And my mom, of course,“ she told Allure in her cover interview. “I always wanted orange freckles and strawberry-blonde hair like my mom, but my kids got them instead.” But she’s all about being comfortable in your skin, and she wants to share that with other women. "I’ve felt more beautiful as I’ve gotten older,” she said. “[I’ll teach my daughters] that being healthy, happy, and confident will always be beautiful… Beauty is confidence and attitude. Nothing can buy that.“
