Jerry Lee Lewis hospitalized after suffering minor stroke

The rock legend is expected to make a "full recovery."

Rock legend Jerry Lee Lewis has been hospitalized in Memphis after suffering a minor stroke.

According to a representative, the 83-year-old musician is expected to make a “full recovery” and “looks forward to getting back into the studio soon to record a gospel record and on the road performing live for his fans.”

Lewis is next scheduled to appear at the New Orleans Jazz Festival in April.
