A Contentious Custody Agreement
Marvel actor Jeremy Renner has found himself in a contentious custody battle with ex-wife Sonni Pacheco. Although the initial agreement was settled in 2017, Pacheco recently petitioned a judge to seek full custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Ava.
Troubling New Details
In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Pacheco claims that Renner threatened to kill her, had violent outbursts, and had large amounts of cocaine and other drugs in his home within easy access of Ava.
Renner categorically denies these claims.
Accounts From Ex-Girlfriends
However, three more women have stepped forward to give similar accounts of Renner's behavior. According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail, Renner's ex-girlfriend Carmen Orford claimed that his house always had a ready supply claimed that Renner always had large amounts of drugs in his home, ran an X-rated Snapchat account, and often threw wild sex parties while his daughter was in the home.
Orford claimed that "[Renner] constantly sent me nude pictures and videos of him touching himself. [He] would also frequently send me unprompted pornographic videos and GIFs."
Partying Every Night
Renner's friend Lily Faget also claimed that she had witnessed Renner drunk and doing cocaine at a party while Ava was home.
"At one point in the night, [Renner] and my friend and I went into Respondent's music studio and the three of us started having sex.
I left the studio (leaving my friend and [Renner] in there) and saw [Ava's nanny] Naomi sitting at the outside bar with a few men. All of a sudden I saw Ava walk into the living room next to the bar, asking for [Renner].
Naomi swooped her up and walked out of the room. I was so shocked that Ava was there and that no one told me to be mindful that Ava was in the house. I went back into the music studio (where [Renner] had the music on very loud) and saw that [he] had passed out. I had to help my friend pull [his] pants up."
