What could be better than one Jeopardy! superstar?

Six Jeopardy! superstars.

Just this week it was announced that Jeopardy! Masters will return for its second annual tournament on May 1. For three weeks, six of the highest-ranked current Jeopardy! contestants will play two action-packed games during the hourlong episode on ABC.

Hosted by Ken Jennings, the dream team lineup includes 2023 Jeopardy! Masters champion James Holzhauer, returning contestants Amy SchneiderMatt Amodio and Mattea Roach, and newcomers Yogesh Raut and Victoria Groce. During the three week tournament, contestants will go head-to-head for the ultimate grand prize of $500,000 and the title of Jeopardy! Masters champion.

Schneider, the sixth and final champion in the tournament was announced April 12 at the Inside Jeopardy! Live on Tour event in New York City. The big reveal was held at the futuristic venue, Edge.

The event featured the first-ever Inside Jeopardy! Live podcast where guests heard special conversations with champions from Jeopardy! Masters and Celebrity Jeopardy!

With such elite players it's anyone's guess who will win. But one thing we do know, the show will make for some exciting television.

What is Jeopardy! Masters?

Jeopardy Masters is a high-stakes tournament featuring six of the highest-ranked current Jeopardy! contestants. Playing two games per hourlong episode, they compete for the grand prize of $500,000 and the title of Jeopardy! Masters champion.

When is Jeopardy! Masters going to be on?

Jeopardy! Masters will begin May 1 on ABC and run for a total of nine episodes. The show will also available the next day on Hulu.
