‘Jeopardy!’ fans fall in love with ‘quirky’ and ‘relatable’ contestant

Julia Markham Cameron, an attorney from Brooklyn, New York, had "Jeopardy!" fans split over loving her or hating on her. Her quirky and silly facial expressions and reactions during the game even had guest host Mayim Bialik laughing. Many fans took to Twitter to express their love for Julie, saying things like “I am LIVING for Julia’s facial expressions,” and referring to her as “a breath of fresh air.” Although, not everyone liked Julia's behavior. Some fans found her reactions distracting and annoying. But that's pretty much the case with everything on Twitter.

So we'll just focus on how much fun Julia was clearly having, especially when she won, which means whether you love her or hate her, we're all getting more of her.

KYLIE MAR: Jeopardy contestant Julia Markham Cameron, an attorney from Brooklyn, got a lot of attention on social media Thursday. It seems she made quite the impression with her expressions.

JULIA MARKHAM CAMERON: What is this [? Sousa? ?]

MAYIM BIALIK: No.

What would you like to wager?

JULIA MARKHAM CAMERON: $2,000.

MAYIM BIALIK: All right, $2,000. Here is your clue.

KYLIE MAR: And fans on Twitter were loving her, with comments like, I am living for Julia's facial expressions on Jeopardy! tonight. Julia is radiating some really relatable energy and I appreciate her. And Julia is my favorite person ever to be on Jeopardy.

One fan even cast Melissa Villaseñor to play Julia on "Saturday Night Live." And whether or not that's a little premature, the good news is she'll be back.

MAYIM BIALIK: That places you at $16,450. Congratulations, you are the new Jeopardy champion.

JULIA MARKHAM CAMERON: Shut up! That's crazy.

KYLIE MAR: And while there were some who were not loving Julia on Twitter, her fans weren't having it. One person tweeted, a lot of Julia haters here, she speaks to all awkward nerds.

And sometimes, she doesn't even need to speak.
