The Supernatural hunk shared what might be the most adorable daddy duty pic ever on Instagram on Monday.

The cute snap shows the 39-year-old star plopped on the couch bottle-feeding his 4-month-old twins, daughter Arrow Rhodes and son Zeppelin Bram.

The actor's wife, Danneel Harris Ackles, who has starred in One Tree Hill and Friends With Benefits, also shared the photo, tagging it "#mancrushmonday."

The couple, who have been married for nearly seven years, welcomed the babies in December. They also have a 6-year-old daughter, Justice Jay.
