Can these two please just give us a wedding date? Jennifer Lopez thanked “partner in life” Alex Rodriguez for making her “feel like a winner” at the Palm Springs Film Festival Thursday, Jan. 2, and while we have to hope Lopez never struggles to feel like a winner anyway, we’re so emotional over their loving, supportive dynamic.
Lopez was in Palm Springs accepting a Spotlight award at the festival’s Film Awards Gala and her acceptance speech ended with the sweet nod to fiancé Rodriguez, her partner of two years and the co-parent to twins Emme and Max. (Rodriguez also has two kids from a previous marriage: daughters Natasha and Ella.)

Lopez and Rodriguez have been together since 2017 and engaged since March 2019. While there’s no wedding date in sight, the couple keeps dropping hints about what their future will hold, like what Lopez has in mind for her wedding dress and whether or not they’re thinking about more kids.
Lopez has had such an incredible year, between her Golden Globes nomination for her role in Hustlers, her upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, and the revival of her iconic Versace dress. (Oh yeah, and getting engaged.) But with all those achievements, she still credits Rodriguez with making her feel like a winner — and that’s seriously sweet.
