The “On the Floor” singer has been going sporty this Paris trip as she was seen on Thursday with child Emme Muñiz in a set of white On sneakers. The exact style, however, is tough to decipher as they were covered in baggy jeans. The shoes featured a thick white rubber midsole and a lace-up silhouette. While Lopez wears casual sneakers from time-to-time, she is known for preferring more elevated looks within her wardrobe for formal appearances. This week, the actress attended the Met Gala in a pair of monochromatic Andrea Wazen gold satin pointy-toe platforms. The silhouette featured an open-toe design, a high heel and a thin strap over the ankles.

Lopez also keeps a range of boots within her shoe closet as well. Last weekend, she was snapped in New York City in a pair of knee-high brown leather boots from Saint Laurent. The boots featured a skinny stiletto heel of just over four inches and were made entirely of calfskin leather.

The upper portion of the sneaker was constructed in breathable mesh material, while the outsole was crafted in durable grippy rubber material meant for long durations. The sneakers were completed in a white colorway with matching white laces.

Sneakers: A Casual Go-To Style

Sneakers are regarded as a reliable go-to style rooted in comfort and style for casual events and outings. Athletic brands such as Nike, Reebok and Adidas are the purveyors of the sneaker industry, and in recent years, designer brands such as Gucci, Chanel and Balenciaga have taken to creating dedicated sneaker models, employing a range of materials and signature details within their designs.
