She also suggests on "This Is Me... Now" that she and Affleck "never let it go" after their first breakup.

Jenny from the Block is rocking out on her new album, This Is Me... Now — both musically and in the bedroom, it seems.

Jennifer Lopez gets intimate and explicit about her storied romance with her husband, Ben Affleck, on her first studio album in nine years — the sequel to her 2002 LP, This Is Me... Then — with several tracks painting a fully-body picture of their relationship and her lyrics confirming that their connection never truly ended even after their initial breakup in 2004.

On the record's closing track, "Greatest Love Story Never Told," Lopez seems to indicate that she and Affleck "never let it go" after separating 20 years ago, and "never told a soul" about their continued love during that time. As a result, she speculates that the pair "could've been the greatest love story never told" if they hadn't rekindled their romance — and then gotten married in July 2022 — amid Lopez's split from Alex Rodriguez in 2021.

The 53-year-old singer also details having sex with Affleck on the track, noting their powerful chemistry.

"Different roads, two lost souls / Never thought we'd find our way back / Could've lost what matters most / How could I live with that?" she reflects. "Missing your body climbing on top of me, slippin' inside of me / The way that I ride it, bodies aligning, look at our timing / I forget about the world when we're alone / Only thing that ever felt like home."

Lopez also includes a sequel-within-a-sequel on the album, a song titled "Dear Ben, Pt. II," which comes 22 years after the This Is Me... Then track "Dear Ben," which chronicled the couple's relationship at the time — one of the most intensely publicized celebrity entanglements of the early aughts.

"When I think you'll let me down / You lift my hopes/ And if I try to pull away / You pull me close. You remind me why you are the man I chose / These are the things I love the most," Lopez sings. "You showed me what it is / You showed me what I need / I was missing a part / You were the missing piece / We see eye-to-eye / And we don't gotta speak / Even miles apart, we're never out of reach."

She continues, "Seasons change, but love remains / I'll show you / Wrap my arms around you / I want to console you / Look into your eyes and I can see it's the old you / I'm committed / I'm in it, admit it / I adore you."

In addition to the new album, Lopez used her highly dissected romantic past as inspiration for her new feature film — now streaming on Amazon Prime Video — which incorporates music from This Is Me... Now as it tells the story of a woman grappling with a tumultuous love life.
