Jennifer Lopez Reveals Photos of Racy Red Dress She Wore to Host Holiday Party with Ben Affleck

The singer showed a peek at the red Magda Butrym gown she wore to her annual holiday party over the weekend

Jennifer Lopez looked "merry and bright" at her holiday party.

On Saturday evening, Lopez, 54, and her husband, Ben Affleck, threw a star-studded Christmas bash at their home in Los Angeles, with Margot Robbie, Michael B. Jordan, Jennifer Lewis and Lily Rabe among the many guests in attendance.

In the singer’s Tuesday Instagram post, she included three pictures featuring her Christmas-inspired look. The Hustlers star posed in the reflection of her mirror while she wore a Magda Butrym red gown. A source confirms to PEOPLE that the photographed red ensemble is the dress she wore for the couple’s holiday party.

One photo included a shot of Lopez putting on her lipgloss while she showed off her long-sleeve, form-fitting, floor-length red gown, which featured rose appliques on her right shoulder.

Another photo is a closeup shot of the singer staring directly at her reflection, showing her makeup glam, a dark bronzed smokey eye, a bright peach blush and nude metallic lipgloss. Lopez’s hair was styled with an old Hollywood glamour-inspired blowout.

The last photo shows the actress staring at her final look as she places her lipgloss back on her vanity while her hairstylist, Lorenzo Martin, stands in the background.

The Marry Me star also had an outfit change later in the evening, switching to a blue-green sequined dress.

Lopez’s second look is visible in a video of the Grammy nominee singing alongside guest Jenifer Lewis, 66. The two gathered behind a grand piano and performed a special rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” for the guests.

“They threw a really fun party,” a source told PEOPLE on Sunday. The insider shared that Lopez led the partygoers into singing Christmas carols late into the night.

While Lopez and Affleck were meeting with friends separately as they hosted, the source went on to say, “They were both in such good spirits."

The house was decorated in holiday decor with a huge Christmas tree at the entrance. "The kids were all there dancing and having a great time, especially the twins and Violet," adds the source of Maximilian "Max" David Muniz and Emme Maribel Muniz, 15, and Affleck's daughter with Jennifer Garner, Violet Anne, 18.

Garner, 51, and Affleck, 51, also share Seraphina Rose, 14, and Samuel, 11. Lopez shares her twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

This is Affleck and Lopez's second holiday season together after marrying in 2022. They were engaged in 2003 and 2004, and reconnected romantically in 2021.

Before their party, the Maid in Manhattan star showed herself getting in the Christmas spirit as she unveiled her Christmas tree at her Beverly Hills home shared with Affleck on Instagram. The “On The Floor” singer posted a photo of herself posing in front of a towering evergreen tree decorated with golden baubles and pine cones.

Lopez matched the color scheme of her Christmas tree as she wore a high-waisted skirt with golden embroidery, paired with a gold bracelet, an embellished belt, and sparkly gold platform heels.
