Jennifer Lopez Posts Bootylicious Selfie Reminiscent of Famous Kim Kardashian Pic

Jennifer Lopez is used to turning heads — coming and going. We have the beauty (and her big booty) to thank for making voluptuous bodies part of our pop culture dialogue when she hit the scene in the late ’90s. And because she really hasn’t broken stride since then and has recently spoken out about the importance of loving oneself, her latest Instagram post showing off that famous behind (which is reportedly insured for $27 million) makes total sense.

The 47-year-old mother of two posted this stunning photo of herself in a revealing black one-piece, perched sideways on a bed with the caption “#loveyourselffirst #feelingempowered #healthybodyhealthymind.”

The Shades of Blue star’s photo, which quickly received over 1 million likes, was reminiscent of one that Kim Kardashian posted in 2013 showing off her post-baby body four months after giving birth to her daughter, North. The two photos, posted 37 months apart, actually have the same amount of likes right now. (It should be noted that Kardashian’s hubby, Kanye West, really liked Kim’s pic after spotting it in his Twitter feed. He retweeted a link to the image and wrote: HEADING HOME NOW.)

Kardashian has carried the posterior-boosting mantle (bustle?) over the last few years, but J.Lo easily could have broken the Internet back in 1999 with her “Waiting for Tonight” video — if Twitter had existed then!

But J. Lo’s not about comparisons, she’s all about love.

The triple-threat recently broke up with her boyfriend of five years, Casper Smart, but she’s doing just fine. She’s busy in friendly collaboration with her ex-husband (and father of her twins, Max and Emme) Marc Anthony. They teamed up for a concert for Hillary Clinton and are now working on a Spanish-language album.

J.Lo has also made it clear that self-love is the name of the game for her these days: “I think the most important lesson I’ve learned is to love yourself first.”
