Jennifer Lopez Arrives at 2019 Grammys With Alex Rodriguez in Bejeweled Wide-Brimmed Hat

Jennifer Lopez arrived at the 2019 Grammys in a seriously showstopping look.

Lopez chose an opulent embellished high-neck Ralph & Russo gown — right off the runway! — with a matching wide-brimmed top hat covered in the stunning crystals. “I love it,” the star said during an interview during the CBS red carpet pre-show.

The star, 49, and boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, 43, snapped a sneak peek of her bold ensemble on social media before hitting the red carpet for the awards show, where the pop star will be performing.

She completed the look with a sparkling jeweled bracelet, a pastel clutch, sultry smoky eyeshadow, a glossy nude lip and an ultra-long ponytail (going all the way down to her waist!) by her go-to hairstylist Chris Appleton. “About to hit the red carpet… #Grammys,” Lopez teased on Instagram.

Rodriguez took the biggest night in music as an opportunity to experiment with a daring look as well.

After showing off a massive array of suit options on his Instagram Story, the former MLB pro ended up selecting a colorful hot pink and emerald tie dye pattern suit jacket paired with a crisp white button up.

“Bringing back the pink suit! … sort of. Who is more flashy tonight? Me or Jen?” Rodriguez wrote on Instagram.

Since Lopez and Rodriguez first began dating two years ago, the couple has become a style staple on every major red carpet. But Rodriguez admits he usually finds joy snapping photos of his lady’s fabulous looks.

“My job is to be the camera man!” Rodriguez said at the Grammys.

He even boosted his reputation for being the best Instagram boyfriend when he shared a heartfelt message for Lopez on social media in honor of their second anniversary.

“I can’t believe it’s been two years. Only 730 days, which have flown by, but it feels like we have been together forever. We are meant to be, and how much you mean to me cannot be put into words,” Rodriguez wrote.

He continued: “From baseball games, to traveling across the world to shows in Vegas. We have done it all together and every moment with you is cherished. Where this road will take us next is unknown but there is no one else I would rather have by my side. The journey is just beginning and I am excited for what’s ahead.”

Lopez opened up about their romance during a pre-show interview with CBS at the Grammys. “We have so much fun together that it feels like we’re starting life all over again,” she said.

The 61st Annual Grammy Awards are broadcasting live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT on CBS.
