Jennifer Garner has 'zero chill' after getting a 'surprise' call from Julie Andrews
You're never too famous to get completely starstruck – just ask Jennifer Garner.
The "13 Going on 30" star took to Instagram Wednesday to share a collage of her tumultuous reactions to a phone call from none other than film and music legend Julie Andrews.
According to Garner, the O.G. "Mary Poppins" film star called her at the request of Katie Couric. Couric's interview with Andrews on the podcast "Next Question with Katie Couric" drops tomorrow, Garner added.
"@katiecouric asked #JulieAndrews to call me. It was a surprise. I’m sure you’ll be shocked to learn this, but I love her," the actress wrote. "Happy Thanksgiving to all of us. #zerochill #thankyoukatie"
The 12 photos show the various stages of Garner's emotional roller coaster. In one photo, she bends over and tried hard to bury her bright red face in her t-shirt. In another, she kicks up her left leg and holds a shocked smile with clenched teeth. The last three images show her completely collapsed on her couch, before seemingly sliding off the cushion and onto the floor.

Andrews’ acting career has spanned several decades, earning her an Academy Award in 1965 for her starring role in “Mary Poppins.” She also starred in “The Sound of Music” and “The Princess Diaries.”
Andrews received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. She also won two Grammys through “Mary Poppins” and “Julie Andrews’ Collection of Poems, Songs and Lullabies.”

In April 2020, the 83-year-old actress will be the 48th recipient of the American Film Institute's Life Achievement Award, joining Mel Brooks, Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep and George Clooney. This year’s honoree was Denzel Washington.
