Jennifer Garner Jokingly Shows Off Her Dance Skills at the N.Y.C. Ballet: ‘She’s Still Got It’

The actress, who danced as a child, was limbering up with principal ballerina Unity Phelan

Jennifer Garner is a woman of many talents!

On Tuesday, the actress, 51, shared a lighthearted video of her doing some ballet poses at the prestigious New York City Ballet.

While principal ballet dancer, Unity Phelan, pointed her toes and raised up her legs and arms gracefully, Garner held onto the ballet barre and struggled to get her leg on top.

“She’s still got it, folks! 👵🏻😂 #TutuTuesday (we ♥️ @unityphelan and @nycballet),” Garner wrote in the caption of the funny video.

The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past star appeared to be struggling as she huffed and puffed while trying to reach her toes and put her leg down.

Garner — who was wearing knee-high boots for her dance practice — then flung her leg on top of the ballet barre again before turning her body to touch the ground. “It’s good, it’s good,” she said before she and Phelan, 28, laughed.

Having done ballet as a child, Garner often shares her love for the world of dance on social media. Per E! Online, the star celebrated International Dance Day in April 2021 by sharing ballet routines by Skylar Brandt, a principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre.

“Grandma Ballet. Bless this old gal's heart. She hasn't held a fourth position in a good couple decades,” the star wrote on her Instagram story at the time. “Thank you, Skylar! @skylarbrandt Principal Ballerina @abtofficial.”

In 2020, the actress also performed a dance routine to tune  "We Go Together" from the movie Grease with New York City Ballet principal dancer, Tiler Peck.

Meanwhile, Garner — who will soon be starring in new holiday film Family Switch on Netflix — was spotted walking hand and hand with her boyfriend John Miller on Saturday. The pair appeared to be enjoying some quality time as they took a stroll in Santa Monica, California. Garner was first linked to the chairman and CEO of Cali Group in 2018.

Miller shares two children with his ex-wife, violinist Caroline Campbell, while Garner shares Violet Anne, 17, Seraphina Rose, 14, and Samuel, 11, with ex-husband Ben Affleck who is now married to Jennifer Lopez.
