Jennifer Esposito Is Back in the Spotlight: Here's What She's Been Up To

Jennifer Esposito has begrudgingly found herself back in the spotlight after she weighed in on ex-husband Bradley Cooper’s intimate Oscars performance with Lady Gaga.

When the actress, 45, commented “Ha” to a post by comedian David Spade that joked about the possibility of an X-rated romance between the A Star Is Born costars, fans noticed.

“So confused. I get off a flight to see a comment I made of “HA” to a joke from @DavidSpade has gone wild!?” she wrote on Twitter Tuesday. “Somehow I’m insulting an X by laughing at a joke someone else made? Pls take your insanity elsewhere.”

Esposito and Cooper called it quits in 2007 after several months of marriage. The actress has kept busy in the years since, filling her plate with a number of television roles.

ABC’s Mistresses cast the star to help fill the gap left by Alyssa Milano following her exit, and Esposito played Calista Raines for one season in 2015.

The actress also had a recurring role on Showtime’s The Affair as Nina Solloway, the sister of Dominic West’s character Noah.

Esposito left NCIS after playing series regular Alex Quinn for one season in 2017, and one year later, appeared in two episodes of the NBC series Blindspot. She also had a co-starring role opposite John Travolta in the movie Speed Kills.
