Jennifer Aydin Shows Off Her "Amazing" Super Bowl Charcuterie Board

As Jennifer Aydin explained in a February 12 Instagram Story video, she was "not planning" on hosting anyone to watch the 2023 Super Bowl. However, when that changed at the last minute and The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member's loved ones came to her house, she put together a mouthwatering spread.

"We did a very impromptu charcuterie board," Jennifer said in the clip as she showed the board topped with a variety of meat, cheese, crackers, fruit, and nuts. "It turned out amazing."

Charcuterie boards are a go-to party staple for many Bravolebs, and especially the New Jersey 'Wives. In 2022, Dolores Catania celebrated Easter with a charcuterie board that included all of the classic toppings, as well as some holiday additions including a Godiva chocolate bunny, mini blue robin's eggs, bunny-shaped candies, and gorgeous colorful flowers all around the board. Months later, Teresa Giudice and Luis "Louie" Ruelas treated their guests to a beautiful charcuterie board on Christmas Eve.

In 2021, Dylan Elias, the owner of one of Teresa's go-to charcuterie board companies, Plated by D, shared all of her top tricks for creating a Housewives-approved snack spread. "The basic staples everyone needs for a charcuterie board would be meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers," she shared at the time. "To take it to the next level, add garnishes such as edible flowers (adds color and dimension), herbs, honeycomb (I love to put this on top of a brie wheel), tomatoes on the vine, or my personal favorite, sprinkling some pomegranate seeds throughout the board."

"It all starts [with] how you layer," she added. "The cheeses and the jams are always the first items I place when I start creating the board. Next, add the meat (usually around the cheeses), then the crackers, fruits, nuts, and finally your garnishments. This creates texture mixed with layers which not only makes it fun to indulge but also fun to look at."

Jennifer wasn't the only Bravoleb watching the Super Bowl this year with a mouthwatering spread. Southern Charm's Madison LeCroy shared a look at her game-day eats that included chips, dips, guacamole, and the cutest cake. “I love the Super Bowl for one reason and one reason only,” she said in an Instagram Story video. “All the food.”
