  • Jennifer Aniston showed off her super-toned legs in a see-through "naked" minidress in red carpet photos this week.

  • The star, 54, likes to vary her workouts, sometimes dabbling in yoga, and other times in boxing or barre.

  • Jennifer is also big on fueling her body with all the good stuff and makes sure to stay super hydrated.

In case you hadn't heard, barely-there dresses are super in right now, and Jennifer Aniston is the latest celeb to hop on the “naked” dress trend. The star rocked a silver, see-through minidress with underwear for the red carpet premiere of her latest Netflix film, Murder Mystery 2 this week, and the look totally stole the show. Jennifer also took the moment to flaunt her super strong legs (and everything else) as she posed for pics.

And while Jennifer was busy smilin' and wavin', her co-star, Adam Sandler, posted up in a Knicks sweatshirt and blue sneakers. Honestly, I love this for them.

Jen always looks fabulous, but her legs are next-level toned in this sparkly look. So, if you’re wondering what the actress does to stay healthy and strong, Women’s Health has the scoop for you.

Here's another look at the 'fit:

For one, Jen keeps it consistent with her workout routine, which makes sense because she’s been serious fitspo since she captured hearts as Rachel Green on Friends. In an interview with Women's Health back in 2014, she explained that she's always been a fan of mixing up her workouts.

"I love cycling, I love yoga of course, and I recently started doing barre method—which is painful and hard. Variety is the key for me," she said at the time. "Mixing it up is always fun because that way you know you're excited, and it’s muscle confusion. It keeps your body awake."

She is also a longtime fan of boxing with Gloveworx founder Leyon Azubuike. "With Jen, we like to focus on a lot of push and pull," he told Women's Health. "Boxing is a very front-dominant sport, so you want to pull it back."

Azubuike even let WH in on a little-known fact about her routines: Jen has been so committed to getting her movement in for the day that sometimes they’d start a session at 3 a.m. if she has a long day of work ahead of her. Talk about an early morning! Phew.

But that doesn’t mean Jen doesn’t also make sure to take care of her body. And these days, she takes a gentler approach to workouts. "I went from being a crazy workout girl to sort of saying, 'My body wants a little bit of a break,'" Jen told Women's Health. "So I kind of stay with more simple stuff and taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more.”

Jen, who is the face of Smart Water, also takes her hydration very seriously, her trainer shared with WH. And she makes sure to fuel up on ingredients that have healthy fats in them, like avocados, coconut oil, salmon, and fish oil.

Jennifer takes her health goals seriously. One of her recent partnerships was with Vital Proteins, and she even joined the company as Chief Creative Officer in 2020. Together, they launched a protein and collagen bar that took its cues from her own morning smoothie concoctions (P.S. check out her amazing recipe here.) “It makes sense,” she told Women’s Health. “I’d been using the product for years before I started working with the brand.”

Love to see Jen thriving!
