Star of television and film Jennifer Aniston has always been one of the most photographed women in the world, especially since becoming one of the breakout stars of the hit 90's television sitcom Friends alongside other alumni including BFF Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry. And if anyone knows anything about what the price of fame costs it would be Aniston, who has always attempted at keeping her private life away from the prying eyes of the public.

Recently Aniston decided to relinquish a bit of the control she exerted over her private life by giving her fans a glimpse into the side she hides from the world by creating her first Instagram page. And according to Mashable, her first post was one for the record books.

Jennifer Aniston may only have been on Instagram for about a day, but she's already cruised past 11 million followers – casually breaking a world record in the process. To be fair, her first post — a reunion selfie with her co-stars from Friends — was a ridiculously strong way to open.

However, even Aniston herself has admitted that she's merely trying to create content for the page, though as of January 2020 she only has twenty posts on her page ( with all of them garnering over one million likes). But Instagram is a different animal altogether, as users upload what they want when they want to. That's not always the case for Aniston, who is a huge international superstar. However, she has admitted to using a certain life hack when dealing with the ever-present paparazzi.

Showbiz Cheatsheet reports in a recent interview Aniston kept it very candid about how she faces the never-ending barrage of paparazzi always in her face ready to get the latest snap. And it really isn't a complicated solution.

Members of the paparazzi are always trying to get a photo of Jennifer Aniston. She’s constantly under the microscope and it seems like her every move is documented. How does Aniston deal with all this media attention? During an interview with “CBS Sunday Morning” host Lee Cowan, Aniston revealed she stays sane by ignoring the paparazzi. “I just don’t pay attention,” Aniston said.

But it wasn't always like this for Aniston. She admitted to being bothered by the stories created about her back in the day.

“There was a period when I was hell-bent on saying, ‘That’s not true! That’s not true! That’s not right! That’s not fair!’ And now I think you have to just let it roll off your back. I think everyone knows it’s BS and like soap opera on paper.” Cowan asked Aniston if she understands the media’s appetite for information about her, and she says she doesn’t. “I don’t understand it. I just think it’s like watching a soap opera,” she laughed.
