Jennifer Aniston’s former Los Angeles abode is officially up for grabs.

The Friends star, 54, lived on the multi-building compound in the early 1990s when she first landed her iconic role as Rachel Green, listing agent Wendy Moore shares. Dubbed “The Crown Jewel,” the property consists of four buildings: the main house, a pool house, an office/studio, and a quaint A-frame guest house that Aniston rented out at the start of her Friends career.

Listed for $2.595 million in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood, the estate offers stunning views of downtown L.A. and the surrounding rocky landscape from the back patio and spa-like pool. It was built in the 1930s and boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms in total.

Moore of Compass currently holds the listing.

“Laurel Canyon stands out as a truly exceptional enclave in Los Angeles, with a rich history dating back to the golden era of Hollywood,” Moore tells PEOPLE.

She adds, “The musical legacy of the ‘60s and ‘70s, originating in Laurel Canyon, along with its genuine sense of community within the vast expanse of L.A., and the allure of distinctive homes, architecture, and breathtaking views, contribute to its real estate being highly coveted.”

The property was listed almost a week before news broke that Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on the beloved sitcom, had died at age 54 this past Saturday. Aniston released a joint statement with her Friends co-stars — Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer — following his sudden death.

"We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family," their statement reads. "There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss."
