Jennifer Aniston took the opportunity to showcase her ageless figure for PEOPLE‘s 50th Anniversary cover. For the special anniversary edition, The Morning Show actress rocked a petal pink midi dress that was layered over a white tank top peeking through the sides. She also told to PEOPLE the advice she would give her younger self about navigating the entertainment industry.

The Friends icon styled her Rachel Green-inspired haircut in a side parted blowout. Open-toe sandals and layered necklaces finished off her look as she posed at a table full of A-listers.
