On her Instagram page, the "Victorious" star shared a screenshot of an email from December last year to her team. In the lighthearted message titled, "Out of office reply Re: Just checking in!" McCurdy playfully suggested a desire for solitude. 

The caption accompanying the post saw the 31-year-old expressing her need for continued relaxation and detachment from messages in the new year. In her words, "wish i could keep my out of office reply for all of 2024. unfortunately i can't. happy 2024." 

The screenshot she shared emphasized the break from communication: "I am out of office for the month of december to escape from all of you. please leave me alone. if your message is urgent, please still leave me alone."

McCurdy wrapped up the notice by adding her assistant's number but blurred out the figures for privacy. Fans expressed unwavering support in the comments, praising the writer with remarks such as "You're too funny and iconic for this world."

Many shared sentiments of admiration, with one stating, "Everyday I wake up and aspire to be more like Jennette." Others joined in the lighthearted banter, like this follower who enthusiastically responded, "Ha, nice response! Happy 2024 to you too, Jennette, cheers." The "iCarly" star's desire for solitude seemed to echo back to the attention she received last year due to her book, "I'm Glad My Mom Died." Last May, her literary accomplishment celebrated an impressive 40 weeks on the New York Times Best Sellers List, marking an exceptional transition from being an actress to an author. 

In a lively Instagram post, the director shared a carousel of photos featuring herself with celebratory 40-shaped balloons. Before delving into her triumph, the multifaceted talent playfully addressed a potential misconception from the images. 

Setting the record straight, she humorously began her caption reassuringly, "No, I'm not turning 40, lol."  The singer expressed genuine astonishment, writing:

Jennette McCurdy Experienced A Rollercoaster Of Emotions Over Pregnancy Scare 

Transitioning from literary triumphs to personal revelations, McCurdy shared a startling episode on her "Hard Feelings" podcast. The "Generation Love" singer recalled a scary pregnancy call from her doctor's office while undergoing acne treatment with Accutane.

The TV personality noted that the treatment required strict rules, and although she followed them, she received a call from her doctor's receptionist, who sounded stressed. The alarming news of a potential pregnancy left McCurdy emotionally and physically shaken.

She described the moment in explicit detail: "My head was spinning. I was so dizzy. I involuntarily sat on the edge of my bed. My body just fell onto the edge of my bed, and I was like, 'What?' I got a cottonmouth," likening the experience to getting the wind knocked out of her.

After rushing to the dermatologist's office, McCurdy faced the uncertainty of unconfirmed speculation about her blood work results. However, a subsequent test confirmed she was not pregnant, but the emotional toll lingered. 

Despite dodging the motherhood bullet, the "Not That Far Away" artist disclosed, "I am not pregnant, and it is fine. But that experience was so terrifying that I was like, 'I've got to get off this s—. This is not for me.' That was years ago."
