Jenna Bush Hager Says Daughter Mila, 11, Has New Nickname for Her Mom Inspired by Kylie Jenner

The mom of three shared that her older daughter had selected a new moniker for her

Jenna Bush Hager's daughter has a new nickname for her mom.

On the Friday, April 19 episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna, the mom of three, 42, shared that her daughter Mila, 11, has a new nickname for her inspired by one of the Kardashian-Jenners.

"Don’t you hate when your kids call you she? I don’t like when my kids call you she. ‘She said’ — I go, ‘No no no. We don’t say she,'" co-host and friend Hoda Kotb, 59, says to Bush Hager.

"Do you know what Mila calls me now?" asks Bush Hager.

"Don’t tell me," Kotb teases.

"Jenner. And she had started calling me Kylie," Bush Hager responds.

When Kotb asks why, Bush Hager says it's because of Kylie Jenner.

"Oh my God," Kotb responds.

"She’s like, ‘Kylie!’ " Bush Hager exclaims, imitating her daughter. "And I’m like, ‘Is that supposed to be for me?’"

"I don’t even like, ‘She said.’ Haley and Hope go, ‘She said’ — no," Kotb says.

"I’ve got an idea. I think we should send your children to my house, and your children to mine, just like that old show, and see what happens," Bush Hager jokes. "Mila would come back all whipped into shape. She wouldn’t call me Jenner or worse things!"

Bush Hager is mom to daughters Mila and Poppy, 8, as well as son Hal, 4½, with husband Henry Hager.

In November, the mom of three shared that her kids had been calling her by her first name while appearing on an episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna alongside her twin sister Barbara.

"My children call me Jenna," Bush Hager shared.

"That's something for you to unpack with them," Barbara replied.

"It is something for me to unpack with them," she laughed. "In fact, when we FaceTimed Hal from our Book Tour, he goes, ‘Hello, Jenna! Hello, Jenna!’"

Laughing, the host explained she "takes [it] as a compliment because it is my name."
