Jenelle Evans Quits Twitter After Claiming She Is Depressed: ‘Everyone Hates Me’

Jenelle Evans announced that she is taking a break from Twitter after regaining custody of her children and weathering her husband's allegedly violent outburst.

“Bye Twitter, everyone hates me,” the 27-year-old reality star tweeted on Friday.

She added, “Depression sucks and you’ve got what you wanted. Hope you’re happy. Just keep writing about me, but I’m out.”

Jannelle came under fire in back in May when 31-year-old David Eason allegedly killed her French bulldog, Nugget.

The couple temporarily lost custody of their children as a result. She shares 10-year-old son Jace with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, 5-year-old son Kaiser with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith and 2-year-old daughter Ensley with Eason.

The "Teen Mom" star had her custody reinstated in July.

“I am ecstatic to regain custody of my kids,” she told Us Weekly at the time. “Throughout this long process and final decision, I am excited to be moving forward and continuing to show America I’m a good parent.”

Since getting her kids back, Evans has been regularly showing the family having fun over summer break.

Evans later backtracked that Eason shot her dog and claimed she didn’t “know if she was shot or killed or not.’” The TV personality then alleged that she filed an animal cruelty report for publicity because she “did not know where her dog was.”

Recently, the former "Teen Mom" posted a picture of her daughter, Ensley, with Eason on her Instagram page, writing, "So proud of her chickens #LittleMama."

Regardless of the intention, the post didn't sit well with some fans, who thought it was too soon for David to be around animals ... considering the allegations surrounding Nugget's death.

Jenelle was forced to turn off the comments, but continued to support her husband.

We're guessing Jenelle's self-imposed Twitter break won't last too long, but clearly she sees the need for some time off.
