Jen Salke on Amazon’s Secret Ratings: Sharing Numbers Is ‘Not a Strategy for Us,’ But That ‘May Change Over Time’

Netflix may be slowly peeling the curtain back and sharing carefully selected viewer data — but that doesn’t mean Amazon Studios is going to follow their competitor’s lead anytime soon, chief Jennifer Salke told TheWrap Saturday at the Television Critics Association press tour. “We talk about this all the time,” Salke said. “I came from the network business…where you’re used to being able to go out and talk about success in viewership numbers.
