The “Son of a Sinner” singer is performing at Billy Bob’s Texas on May 14. This will be Jelly Roll’s second time at “the world’s largest honky tonk,” after stopping by in May 2023 for a show.

Jelly Roll is performing in Fort Worth as part of the “Never Forget Concert” series presented by The Tunnel to Towers Foundation and PBR.

After 9/11, the foundation was formed to provide mortgage-free homes to the families of Gold Star military members and fallen first responders. These homes are specially built to adapt to the lifestyles of injured veterans and first responders.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the foundation’s homeless veteran program, which provides housing and supportive services.

The concert will be held during the PBR World Finals, which will take place at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium from May 17-19. Fort Worth’s Cowtown Coliseum is hosting the elimination rounds from May 9-12.

Jelly Roll is among the biggest names in country music at the moment.

The 39-year-old singer began his career in the 2000s in the hip-hop genre, before going all-in into country over the last several years. In 2021, his country and rock album “Ballads of the Broken” brought him both critical and commercial success.

Last year, he released his first country album — “Whitsitt Chapel” — to even higher acclaim. Jelly Roll is nominated for several Academy of Country Music Awards, which will host its ceremony in Frisco next month.
