Jeffrey Dahmer’s Army Roommate Claims The Serial Killer Drugged, Raped, Psychologically Terrorized Him

Billy is a former army medic who says he met serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in 1980 when they became roommates while serving in the 68th Armored Regiment of the U.S. Army at Baumholder, Germany. Billy says at first, Dahmer was charismatic and friendly, but that soon changed. Billy claims that he was repeatedly drugged, raped, brutalized, and psychologically terrorized by Dahmer over time. “He said that he was going to take my prostate out. I was tied up at the time,” says Billy. Billy says he had a rape kit done but claims that an army nurse threw it away. He says he wanted to kill Dahmer and himself but didn’t go through with it because his family would never understand. Billy and another former Army medic, Preston, who also claims he was drugged and raped by Dahmer, both say they are distressed by the new Netflix series Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The men assert that’s because the series glamorizes Dahmer, downplays the suffering of his victims, and re-traumatizes the families and survivors. Part one of this three-part Dr. Phil, “In The Presence of Evil: Face to Face with Jeffrey Dahmer,” airs Tuesday. And later, Billy claims he saw Dahmer return to the base late one night covered in blood. Then, tune in Wednesday for part two, “Raising Evil: The Interview with Jeffrey Dahmer's Father,” as Lionel Dahmer talks to Dr. Phil about how he believes his son became “hard-wired” to rape and kill.
