Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in 'Constant Contact' and Going Strong Amid Romance Drama: Source
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez aren’t bothered by the sudden onslaught of attention on their romance.
“The world is catching up to it, but it has had zero impact on their relationship,” a source tells PEOPLE of the couple in the new issue. “It’s actually made them stronger. They’re in constant contact.”
Bezos was revealed to be dating Sanchez after he announced his divorce from wife MacKenzie on Jan. 9 after 25 years of marriage.

The 55-year-old Amazon CEO, worth $137 billion, and the news anchor, 49, struck up a working relationship while collaborating on several projects together and “gradually” fell for each other, says the source. “It’s a very serious relationship.”

Bezos and Sanchez were both at Amazon’s Golden Globes afterparty on Jan. 6, but haven’t been photographed together since the tech mogul and his wife announced they were separating in a joint statement he shared on Twitter.
“We feel incredibly lucky to have found each other and deeply grateful for every one of the years we have been married to each other,” they said in the statement.
Sanchez was seen heading out to the airport in L.A. on Monday morning for her job as a helicopter pilot and founder of Black Ops Aviation, an aerial film and production company.
Sanchez is also divorcing her husband, Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell, after 13 years of marriage, PEOPLE confirmed.
