TMZ reported that the facial burns did not penetrate Leno’s left eye or ear. He is in stable condition following the gasoline fire.

Leno has since canceled his engagements for this week, including a scheduled appearance at The Financial Brand in Las Vegas conference on Sunday which first hinted of the accident. Organizers announced a “very serious medical emergency” to explain Leno’s absence.
