Jay Huguley Joins ‘Untitled Lizzie Borden Project’

EXCLUSIVE: Jay Huguley has been cast opposite Kristen Stewart and Chloë Sevigny in the Craig William Macneill-directed upcoming Untitled Lizzie Borden biopic. The script was written by Bryce Kass and filming is said to begin next week.

The pic revolves around the story surrounding the infamous murder trial of convicted axe killer Elizabeth Borden (Sevigny), who was eventually acquitted for the 1892 murder her father and stepmother in Fall Rivers, MA. Huguley will play William Henry Moody, the prosecuting attorney in the case. Stewart plays Bridget Sullivan, the Borden’s live-in maid and a key witness.

Naomi Despres and Elizabeth Destro are producing.

Huguley was recently seen on AMC’s The Walking Dead and Halt And Catch Fire, HBO’s Treme and in films like 12 Years A Slave and surfer pic Ride.

He is repped by Don Buchwald & Associates and Luber Roklin.
