Jason Sudeikis, Lionel Messi, and Dan Marino Tease a Sandy Soccer Match in Michelob Ultra’s Super Bowl Commercial

The three stars prepare to face off in "the greatest show on sand" in a teaser for Michelob Ultra’s Super Bowl 2024 commercial

Jason Sudeikis, Lionel Messi, and Dan Marino are coming together for what appears to be the ultimate beach soccer match.

In an exclusive teaser of Michelob Ultra’s Super Bowl 2024 commercial, shared first with PEOPLE, the three stars meet to show off their talents on a sandy field. The clip shows Sudeikis, 48, on the beach as he spots Marino, 62, holding a soccer ball. Messi, 32, is waiting for his Michelob Ultra beer at the bar while this goes down.

They all stare as they prepare to face off in what the teaser titles, “The Greatest Show on Sand.”

This snippet of the commercial comes after Michelob Ultra teased Messi’s appearance in the Super Bowl ad.

“This year Michelob ULTRA, a superior light beer, will connect with ‘social athletes’ from coast to coast, those who know that some of the most memorable moments happen when your active life and social life blend together,” reads a press release announcing the news.

In previous teasers, Messi can be seen waiting for his beer and playing a game of soccer with a furry friend. The Argentina native is also shown kicking a soccer ball around the beach when Sudeikis makes an appearance. Sudeikis says, “I’ve got to get out there,” seemingly foreshadowing the game that is to come.

Messi plays soccer in real life, of course — he signed with Major League Soccer’s Inter Miami in June — and Sudeikis coaches it on screen in his role as Ted Lasso.

Last year, Michelob Ultra featured Serena Williams in their big Super Bowl commercial ​​alongside Succession star Brian Cox.

"He was in all of my scenes, so I kind of felt special," Williams said of Cox, who played Logan Roy.

She added: "I think just seeing him in person, you just see him as that patriarch. Even though you kind of want him to be that person, he's not. He's super sweet and super awesome."

The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers will face off in Super Bowl LVIII, airing on CBS on Feb. 11 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
