Jason Mitchell Accused of Sexually Harassing ‘The Chi’ Co-Star Tiffany Boone

“The Chi” star Jason Mitchell was allegedly dropped from the series following complaints of sexual harassment from the actress who played his girlfriend on the show.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Tiffany Boone, who plays Jerrika on the drama, had complained to producers about Mitchell allegedly sexually harassing her. She claimed to feel unsafe while shooting scenes with the actor.

The report claimed she even brought in her fiancé, actor Marque Richardson, to be on set with her when Mitchell was around. She reportedly told the show executives she would not continue working with Mitchell.

Boone was not the only one to complain about the star with multiple women allegedly having issues with the actor.

As we reported, Mitchell was dropped from ‘The Chi’ along by his talent agent UTA, his management team and a role in Netflix’s movie “Desperados”, which he had a huge role alongside co-star Anna Camp. He has been replaced by “New Girl” actor Lamorne Morris.
