Jason Kelce Jokes He ‘Might Literally’ Be Wearing a Fan’s Grandma’s Sweater in Family Christmas Photo

A fan shared a photo of the Philadelphia Eagles center and her Grandmom Kitty seemingly wearing the same Christmas sweater

Jason Kelce’s wardrobe has a hint of nostalgia this holiday season!

On Wednesday, a fan noticed that the Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, and her Grandmom Kitty apparently have similar taste when it comes to fashion.

“Who wore it better? @JasonKelce, or my Grandmom Kitty, circa 2004?  #HappyHolidays #GoBirds,” a fan named Jenna Winterle Kehres shared on X (formerly known as Twitter). In the post was a side-by-side photo of the athlete and his wife, Kylie Kelce, next to an image of an older woman seated in a chair.

Both Jason and Kitty wore strikingly similar white Christmas sweaters with red and green ornaments and leaves sewn into the design.

“This might literally be your Grandmother’s sweater!” the Super Bowl winner joked as he reposted Kehres’s comparison on X. He added another post, telling the fan that her grandmother has "great taste."

The photo of Jason and Kylie came from the couple’s family Christmas card partnership with online marketplace Minted. The festive photo shoot also featured their daughters Bennett, 8 months, Elliotte, 2, and Wyatt, 3, as well as the family's two Irish Wolfhounds.

Kylie spoke exclusively to PEOPLE earlier this month about how they managed to get their young children to join in on the collaboration, although she did note that their babysitter was close by to help the operation run smoothly.

"Jason and I definitely, it's definitely a joint effort to wrangle our children. There's all hands going out to grab whoever we can, to make sure that we can keep them as close as possible," she said. "We had a few photos this year with the dogs, which just adds a whole new level of challenge."

The mother of three also discussed the Kelces' holiday plans.

"I love Thanksgiving. I love that it's a time of getting together with family and eating delicious food, and so I always want to give that the focus it deserves. And then afterward — I mean, the day after Thanksgiving — it is just holly jolly in our house."

Jason went more into detail with his holiday plans on Wednesday’s episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the weekly podcast he hosts with his younger brother.

While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, said he’ll be "be feasting on KFC” alone in Missouri, Jason will be in Pennsylvania with Kylie and their kids.

Jason added that growing up, the Kelces weren’t big fans of turkey and would opt for "pork chops" on Thanksgiving instead and then head outside to play football in their neighborhood.

Earlier in the week, the brothers faced off on the field for the first time since the 2023 Super Bowl.

The Monday Night Football game ended with the Eagles on top, claiming a 21-17 victory at Arrowhead Stadium.
