"Rock The Country is for everyone who makes this country run and loves America," Kid Rock said in the announcement. "Nobody knows how to party like Small Town America!"

Shane Quick, president of touring and strategic expansion for LiveCo, said in the press release that the festival aims to bring the excitement and energy of a large-scale music festival to smaller areas of the country.

"Fans can expect a weekend filled with incredible performances, great food, and a sense of community that only small towns can offer," Quick said in the announcement.

Aldean, a three-time Academy of Country Music entertainer of the year and artist of the decade, has collected 28 No. 1 hits over his career. Kid Rock rose to fame in the 1990s, when he broke through with rap-rock hits, eventually crossing over into the country-rock scene.
