Ocala is one of seven Southern cities selected to host “Rock the Country,” which producers say is “ditching the highways for the back roads and bringing the people who keep America running what they deserve — a little appreciation,” according to a press release from the concert producers, 46 Entertainment and LiveCo.

Jason Aldean and Kid Rock will play all seven venues. A group of acts will rotate at the seven venues. The Ocala lineup is scheduled to include: Lynyrd Skynyrd, Brantley Gilbert, Travis Tritt, Gavin Adcock, Colt Ford, Sadie Bass, Elvie Shane and Dee Jay Silver.
