2024's CMT Music Awards are set to feature Jason Aldean and Dasha.

Yes, one of 2023's countrified, all-genre Billboard Hot 100 singles chart-toppers, plus potentially one of TikTok's most viral stars in recent memory, will be featured at the event hosted by Kelsea Ballerini, airing live from Austin, Texas" Moody Center on April 7, from 8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Throughout the 2010s and in 2022, 31-time nominee and 4-time CMT Music Award winner Aldean performed alongside Bryan Adams, Gregg Allman, Lenny Kravitz and Ludacris, plus co-hosted 2013's event with Kristen Bell and won "Video of the Year" with Carrie Underwood for 2022's "If I Didn't Love You."

On April 7, he will perform his newest single, "Let Your Boys Be Country."

Insofar as Dasha, on the back of her breakout viral hit "Austin," the newly Warner Music-signed singer-songwriter will tribute the show's host city with a performance of a track with Billboard Hot 100-charting track with over 600,000 unique videos created to date.

As well, the event's present lineup has been released, including the following:

  • Top-nominated CMT Music Awards artists Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson and Megan Moroney

  • Country and musical stars, including Amber Riley, Carly Pearce, Melissa Etheridge, Mickey Guyton and Parmalee

  • Entertainers and television hosts Billy Bob Thornton (Landman), Cody Alan, Emily Osment (Young Sheldon), Emma Roberts, Gayle King (CBS Mornings), James Van Der Beek, Jane Seymour, Max Theriot (Fire Country), Minnie Driver, Montana Jordan (Young Sheldon) and Paul Walter Hauser

These new performers join Ballerini, Bailey Zimmerman, Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis and NEEDTOBREATHE, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Sam Hunt, and Trisha Yearwood as spotlighted artists performing live on CBS.

Fourteen first-time nominees at the event include Riley, Ashley Cooke, Bret Michaels, Chayce Beckham, Hozier, Koe Wetzel, Stephen Wilson Jr., Tyler Childers, Warren Zeiders and Zach Bryan. Notably, four 2024 CMT Next Women of Country members, Anne Wilson, Ella Langley, The Castellows and Tigirlily Gold (2x), are up for their first-ever awards.
