Rest assured "Supernatural" fans, Jared Padalecki is "on the mend" following a car accident.

On Tuesday, Padalecki gave an update on his health after his co-star Jensen Ackles told fans at a "Supernatural" event over the weekend that Padalecki had been in a car accident.

"Hey y’all! I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of love," Padalecki wrote alongside a smiling selfie with his daughter.

"I’m definitely on the mend and hoping to return to filming later this week," he continued, referring to his starring role Cordell Walker on CW's "Walker."

Padalecki concluded: "I'm so lucky to have had the best care and be surrounded by people who love me. So grateful for everyone."

Over the weekend, Ackles told a crowd at a New Jersey event for "Supernatural" and "Walker" fans that Padalecki wasn't in attendance because he got into "a very bad car accident" and was "lucky to be alive." He also noted that his on-screen brother was in the passenger seat.

"He's at home recovering which — the fact that he's not in a hospital right now is blowing my mind because I saw the car," Ackles continued.

He also shared that Padalecki told him the airbag dispatching felt like he went "12 rounds with (Mike) Tyson."

Padalecki apologized to fans on April 21 ahead of the event because he wasn't able to go. At that time, he didn't reveal it was due to a car accident.

"Hey #SpnFamily! Sorry to miss y’all in NYC this weekend," he tweeted. "Thank you and the #WalkerFamily for all the love and support. Can’t wait to see y’all again."
